Recent Engagements:
- Representation of a senior manager at a Japanese industrial manufacturing company under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice Antitrust Division in connection with cartel activities in the Japanese and European industrial cable and power supply sector
- Representation of the managing director of a U.K. company and the president of a Florida-based company that both serve as sales agents for companies in the law enforcement and military products industries. Our clients and 20 other co-defendants are facing charges brought by the U.S. Department of Justice under the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act in connection with an alleged scheme to bribe foreign governmental officials in exchange for government contracts
- Representation of a commodity futures trading firm in connection with litigation against several clearing houses and futures and options merchants relating to over US $100 million of disputed trades on the InterContinental Exchange
- Representation of a private equity firm in recovering more than US $250 million in connection with an alleged "Ponzi scheme"

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim LLP, Mr. Narver was in private practice at Williams & Connolly LLP, focusing on securities litigation as well as government investigations and administrative matters.
After law school, Mr. Narver clerked for the Honorable Alfred T. Goodwin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
