Daniel L. Rashbaum is an experienced trial lawyer. Prior to joining Kobre & Kim LLP, Mr. Rashbaum served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. District Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida. His practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, regulatory enforcement and complex civil litigation matters.

Prior To Kobre & Kim LLP:
While serving as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, Mr. Rashbaum served in the U.S. Attorney's Office's Special Prosecutions Section unit where he was responsible for conducting more than 20 jury trials and handled several oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Before his time at the U.S. Attorney's Office, Mr. Rashbaum practiced at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP and Morvillo, Abramowitz, Grand, Iason, Anello & Bohrer, P.C focusing on white collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation.
