- Representation of an executive in a major financial institution in connection with an investigation by the Securities & Exchange Commission into potential violations of hedge fund financial reporting rules
- Representation of a Chairman of the Board of Directors in a European company in connection with a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice
