  • Representation of an Asian public company in an internal investigation concerning antitrust matters under review by the U.S. Department of Justice
  • Representation of an executive in a major financial institution in connection with an investigation by the Securities & Exchange Commission into potential violations of hedge fund financial reporting rules
  • Representation of a Chairman of the Board of Directors in a European company in connection with a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice
  • Representation of a private equity manager in an indemnity suit against a major investment bank
  • Representation of a criminal defendant charged with bribery and extortion in connection with a New York Department of Education school bus scandal
