Recent Engagements:

• Representation of a South American company against a Wall Street investment bank over a multi-million dollar joint venture financing dispute
• Representation of the former Chief Executive Officer of an industrial plant in Europe in a foreign criminal prosecution over a fire at the plant
• Representation of an executive of a foreign bank in connection with a money laundering investigation by the U.S. Attorney's Office in Manhattan

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim LLP, Mr. Levy practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP representing clients in complex commercial litigation, class and derivative actions, and bankruptcy cases.

After law school, Mr. Levy clerked for the Honorable Kevin Thomas Duffy of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
