Marcus J. Green is experienced in complex civil litigation and domestic and international arbitration. Mr. Green also regularly conducts internal investigations and advises clients in connection with criminal and regulatory investigations.

Representation in connection with multiple litigations in the New York and Florida state and federal courts, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, arising from an alleged breach of a joint venture agreement regarding several real estate investments, involving more than US $50 million in controversy

Prior to joining Kobre & Kim LLP, Mr. Green practiced with Greenberg Traurig LLP representing clients in complex commercial litigation, international arbitration and securities litigation.
Prior to law school, Mr. Green was a manager, contract negotiator, and industrial engineer for transportation and logistics concerns.
