Defense against a US $400 million+ asset forfeiture claim by the U.S. Department of Justice arising out of a commodities and derivatives trading firm subject to government enforcement and regulatory proceedings for alleged improper profit sharing activities
- Representation of the Chief Executive Officer of a New York investment firm in response to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission investigation into allegations of insider trading
- Representation of an individual in an international antitrust matter conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice
Prior To Kobre & Kim LLP:
Prior to joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. McCulloch practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell representing clients in securities litigation, international accounting fraud matters and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act cases.
After law school, Mr. McCulloch clerked for the Honorable Lawrence M. McKenna of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
