Tel Aviv-based intellectual property disputes lawyer Michael Rosen will explore cross-border IP litigation strategies at Israel's 4th Foreign Law Firms Conference in Tel Aviv on February 26. The panel, titled “Intellectual Property,” will provide Israeli companies with practical advice for handling intellectual property litigation overseas, including creating strategic partnerships between Israeli and foreign lawyers, third-party financing and securing IP rights across jurisdictions.
