Randall Arthur and Gabrielle Liu will lead a discussion on cross-border insolvency laws around the world at the August 22 LexOmnibus seminar titled “Cross-Border Insolvency – Updates to the Law” in Hong Kong. The presentation will examine a hypothetical case study on the legal and practical issues that commonly arise in a cross-border insolvency administration. During the session, Mr. Arthur and Ms. Liu will provide an overview of various cross-border regimes, address recent developments in cross-border insolvency and explore available tools to assist in recovery.
