Publication: The Asian Lawyer
Kobre & Kim’s two-and-a-half-year-old Seoul office was named “New Asian Office of the Year” at the 2018 Asia Legal Awards, which recognize the best and most notable work in the region. Led by the only former U.S. Department of Justice prosecutor resident in Seoul, the office opened in 2015 to serve clients facing government investigations that involve U.S. authorities. The Korean- and English-fluent team also handles international judgment enforcement matters.
Firm co-founder Michael S. Kim was among those shortlisted for government enforcement/investigations lawyer of the year.
The 2018 Asia Legal Awards are presented by The Asian Lawyer, in association with The American Lawyer, China Law & Practice and Legal Week.
