William McGovern Discusses how Prosecutors and Regulators in Asia are Driving Corporate Criminal Liability

William McGovern, former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission branch chief, will explore how prosecutors and regulators in China, Hong Kong, Korea and Singapore are driving the corporate self-reporting dynamic in the U.S. and UK at the  “Global Forum on Corporate Criminal Liability” on March 15. The panel titled “Deep Dive into the Question of Self-Reporting,” will highlight the regulatory requirements of the Yates Memo, consequences companies are facing under the policy across jurisdictions and its effect on the self-reporting decision.
