Willin Belliard focuses his practice on contentious commercial disputes. He often counsels in matters that involve offshore jurisdictions that follow English law.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Belliard was a law enforcement agent and former head of the Turks and Caicos Islands’ financial intelligence unit, where he focused on financial fraud, money laundering and white-collar crime. He is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and native Spanish speaker.

He is currently completing his English bar training known as pupillage.
