Kobre & Kim founding partner Steven Kobre explores the ethical considerations at the 2023 ABA International Law Section Annual Conference in New York during a session at 2:30 pm, May 4, 2023.

The session, “Ethical Considerations in Investigation Cross-Border Disputes in Receiving and Using Bootleg Evidence,” takes a multijurisdictional look at how lawyers should handle an offer of information from someone in a foreign jurisdiction of unknown background.
